Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong aptitude for trying cases to a jury with a track record of courtroom outcomes.
• Advanced oral and written advocacy skills.
• Knowledge of bench and local jurisdictional practices.
• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Leadership through mentoring and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Handle high-exposure cases and complex litigation matters independently.
• Apply litigation skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolutions.
• Conduct advanced legal research and produce persuasive pleadings and briefs.
• Attend court events, depositions and appointments.
• Provide case analysis and recommendations to insured clients and partners.
• Mentor less experienced attorneys and support staff.
