Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience as a practicing attorney.
• Strong ability to try cases to a jury with successful courtroom outcomes.
• Advanced oral and written advocacy skills and appellate experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a caseload of higher exposure, complex litigation matters.
• Lead litigation strategy, research, drafting, and motion practice.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with experts and claims partners.
• Build client relationships and provide strategic case analysis and updates.
