Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong aptitude for trying cases to a jury with a proven track record.
• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Advanced advocacy skills in oral and written contexts.
• Leads through mentoring and effective decision making.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a caseload of higher exposure cases and complex litigation.
• Apply litigation skills to cases to verdict or negotiated resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other filings with precision.
• Collaborate with experts and support staff to develop case strategies.
• Mentor junior attorneys and provide training on updates and best practices.
