Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a caseload of high-exposure cases and complex litigation.
• Apply litigation skills to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolutions.
• Draft substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Attend court events, depositions, and other appointments.
• Provide case analysis and strategy recommendations to insured clients and claim partners.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff; train on legal updates.
