Relativity seeks a Senior Counsel for AI & Legal Technology to serve as a senior legal advisor on AI, product development, and legal tech. You will partner with product, engineering and marketing to navigate evolving AI regulation and contractual terms.

You will draft policies, govern vendor agreements, and advise on go-to-market strategies, ensuring rapid growth with compliant risk management.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active U.S. bar membership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers without oversimplifying.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with risk-based thinking.
• Experience with AI regulatory landscape (U.S./EU) and AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal advisor for AI, product development, marketing and legal tech.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on commercial, operational and strategic issues.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners and customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partner, and Strategy teams to enable growth.
• Improve processes and contract language to align with business needs.
• Leverage AI tools and legal tech to improve efficiency.
