Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel for AI and Legal Technology to serve as a senior legal advisor on AI, product development, and legal technology. This role reports to the General Counsel and supports enterprise AI, vendor agreements, and go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscapes, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to translate complex legal concepts for non-lawyers.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing in the United States.
Experience supporting technology initiatives and AI-related regulatory issues.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to legal advisor for AI, product development, and marketing.
Monitor developments in AI law and translate complexity into actionable guidance.
Develop internal policies and terms that enable rapid, compliant business moves.
Negotiate terms with vendors, partners, and customers.
Advise on product development, launches, and GTM strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Strategy teams.
