Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, AI & Legal Technology to provide senior legal advisory across AI, product development, and legal technology, reporting to the General Counsel. The role demands deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscapes, strong contract negotiation, and strategic collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

You will guide internal policies, advise on vendor and GTM arrangements, and help shape product strategies while navigating evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Six or more years of relevant in-house or law firm experience in technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, operational and strategic issues.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver results.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Strategy teams.
