Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior Counsel to lead legal strategy for AI, product development, and legal technology across enterprise activities. You will advise on complex regulatory issues, shape internal policies, and negotiate terms with vendors and partners to enable rapid, compliant product growth.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Strategy to align legal risk with business goals, drive scalable processes, and support AI initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience advising on AI, tech transactions, and regulatory issues is highly valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, marketing and legal technology.
• Provide strategic legal advice on commercial, operational and policy issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Strategy teams.
• Negotiate agreements with vendors, partners and customers, focusing on AI tools and tech.
