Relativity seeks a Senior Counsel for AI & Legal Technology to guide legal strategy across AI initiatives and product development. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Strategy to align legal needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• JD required with active US bar membership.
• 6+ years in-house and/or law firm tech focus.
• Deep knowledge of AI regulatory landscape and related laws.
• Experience negotiating vendor and IP/ tech agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional partner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead legal advisor for enterprise AI, product development, and marketing.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on commercial, operational, and regulatory issues.
• Draft and negotiate agreements with vendors, partners, and customers.
• Advise on product launches, go-to-market plans, and policy frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partner, and Strategy teams.
