Job summary

WPS Health Solutions seeks a Senior Business Systems Administrator to act as the technical SME for Costpoint and related finance systems. You will lead configuration, integrations, advanced troubleshooting, and design of scalable financial solutions while supporting continuous improvement across Finance, Accounting, IT, and leadership.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, data modeling, and reporting with Cognos, plus mentoring junior staff and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Five+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms with admin, config, troubleshooting, and business-analysis.
• Advanced Costpoint system administration incl. module config, data structures, security, cross-module dependencies.
• Strong business/systems analysis to translate needs into technical configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos, and related finance tools.
• Drive analysis to translate business needs into functional/configuration requirements and scalable solutions.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API-based connections and ETL jobs; ensure data consistency.
• Investigate and resolve advanced system issues; support audit readiness and governance.
