WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related finance tech, driving configuration, integrations, and advanced troubleshooting. You will partner with Finance, IT, and leadership to deliver scalable financial system solutions and continuous improvements.

The role requires leading system administration, data modeling, automated workflows, and robust reporting with Cognos, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms with admin/config/troubleshooting/business-analysis.
• Advanced Costpoint administration knowledge including module config, data structures, security, cross-module dependencies.
• Strong business and systems analysis to translate needs into technical configurations and enhancements.
• Experience with Cognos or similar BI/reporting tools and with data models/reports.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint and related finance tools.
• Lead technical and functional analysis to translate business needs into configurations.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections, middleware, ETL jobs, and data reconciliation.
• Identify and resolve advanced system issues, including data anomalies and cross-module impacts.
• Develop and validate complex reports and analytics for operational and leadership use.
• Drive automation and standardization of workflows to improve reliability.
• Mentor junior admins and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
