Job summary
WPS Health Solutions is hiring a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and finance-technology tooling, ensuring secure, stable and optimized performance. You will lead configurations, integration management, and expert troubleshooting while aligning with Finance, IT, and leadership to deliver scalable financial system solutions.
You will mentor junior staff, enhance system documentation, and support Agile ceremonies to ensure smooth delivery and governance across finance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos, and related finance tools.
- Translate business needs into functional/configuration requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
- Manage integrations and data flows, including API-based connections and ETL jobs.
- Identify and resolve advanced system issues and cross‑module impacts.
- Develop complex reports and data models for accurate leadership reporting.
- Drive automation to standardize workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Mentor junior admins and maintain system documentation for audit readiness.
