Job summary

WPS Health Solutions in Wisconsin-based HQ seeks a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related finance tools. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize financial systems, and partner with Finance, Accounting, IT and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes data modeling, complex reporting, and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency. Expect hybrid work with some travel and ongoing opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent inIS/Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms in admin, config, troubleshooting, and business-analysis roles.
• Advanced Costpoint administration expertise including module configuration and security management.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills: requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience with reports and data models using Cognos or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of ERP architecture, integrations, API-based data exchange, and cross-module impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead system administration and technical ownership of Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos, and related finance tools.
• Lead technical and functional analysis to translate business needs into configuration requirements.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including APIs, ETL jobs, and error handling.
• Identify and resolve advanced system issues, performing root-cause analysis and designing robust solutions.
• Develop and validate complex reports and data models, ensuring accuracy across leadership reporting.
• Drive automation to standardize workflows, optimize configurations, and improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior admins and maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and governance.
