Job summary

WPS, a health solutions company, seeks a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint and related financial systems. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize across finance applications, while aligning with Finance, IT, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and ensure audit-ready documentation and reporting. Hybrid work is available within Wisconsin, with remote options in approved states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms in administration roles.
• Advanced Costpoint administration including module configuration and security.
• Strong business and systems analysis, requirements gathering, and design.
• Experience with Cognos or BI/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos configuration and stability.
• Translate business needs into technical configuration requirements.
• Manage integrations and data flows across systems.
• Develop complex reports and data models for leadership.
• Mentor junior admins and ensure documentation quality.
