Job summary

WPS Health Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Business Systems Administrator to own Costpoint, Time & Expense, Cognos, and related finance tech. You will configure, troubleshoot, and ensure system stability while aligning with business goals.

You will lead technical and functional analyses, manage integrations and data flows, develop reports, mentor junior staff, and support audit readiness and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms with admin, config, troubleshooting.
• Advanced Costpoint system administration expertise.
• Strong business/system analysis to translate needs into configurations.
• Experience developing and interpreting complex financial reports and data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint and related tools.
• Lead analysis to translate business needs into functional/config requirements.
• Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL jobs.
• Investigate and resolve advanced system issues across modules.
• Develop and validate complex reports and data models.
• Drive automation and standardized workflows to improve reliability.
• Mentor junior admins and ensure proper documentation and testing.
