Job summary

WPS Health Solutions in Wisconsin offers a Senior Business Systems Administrator role focused on Costpoint and finance tech. You will lead system configuration, integrations, and advanced troubleshooting to ensure secure, stable performance across finance apps.

You will guide cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement. This position emphasizes mentoring junior staff, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and supporting Agile ceremonies while partnering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent.
5+ years supporting financial systems or ERP platforms with system admin and analysis tasks.
Advanced Costpoint administration experience, including module configuration and security.
Strong business and systems analysis skills with translating needs into configurations.
Experience designing reports and data models with Cognos or similar BI tools.
Knowledge of ERP integrations, middleware, ETL, and API-based data exchange.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead system administrator and technical owner of Costpoint and related tools.
Lead analysis efforts, translate business needs into functional requirements.
Manage integrations and data flows, including API connections and ETL jobs.
Identify and resolve advanced system issues and cross‑module impacts.
Develop and validate complex reports and data models for leadership.
Drive automation and continuous improvement in configurations and workflows.
