Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities across projects. The role focuses on maintaining schedules, guiding staff, and delivering cost-related insights to project teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in cost engineering, CCP certification, and strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and communication. Travel up to 25% may be required; US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• US Citizenship required; CCP certification from AACE International or similar.
• Knowledge of capital and services cost, scope change management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing cost recording, reporting, and analyses.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management and data coordination with Engineering.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit rates to estimates.
• Prepare budgets, cost reports, and collect cost engineering data.
• Perform data analysis and provide innovative cost solutions.
