Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from AACE International or similar certification.
• Knowledge of capital and services cost; scope change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and negotiations.
• Coordinate cost reports and data for project controls.
