Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 10+ years of experience.
• AACE CCP certification or equivalent is required.
• General knowledge of capital and services cost and scope change management.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals and negotiations.
• Coordinate cost reporting and data collection.
• Lead project teams to meet schedules and cost goals.
