Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of capital and services cost and scope change management.
• Proficiency with common software applications and cost-related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting standards and programs.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management and data coordination.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit costs to estimates.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports; support project schedules.
