Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• CCP/AACE or similar certification required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Knowledge of cost and financial reporting systems.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate scope change management.
• Produce budgets and cost reports.
• Lead project team and maintain schedules.
• Support professional development of staff.
