Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant in the United States (NJ) to lead cost estimating, analysis and control activities. You will guide discipline teams, manage schedules and ensure accurate cost data for projects, proposals and negotiations.

The role requires 10+ years in cost engineering and CCP certification, with proficiency in cost software and strong communication. The position emphasizes leadership, mentoring staff, and upholding the company mission while traveling up

Qualifications

• US citizen with engineering/CM or related degree.
• Certified Cost Professional (AACE) or equivalent certification required.
• Experience in cost estimation, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and negotiations.
• Coordinate change management and scope definition.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit rates to estimates.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports, and classify data.
• Support project managers to meet schedules and goals.
• Lead and mentor staff and uphold company values.
