Job summary

The position emphasizes developing budgets, cost reporting, data analysis, and strong communication with engineers and discipline leaders; a CCP certification is preferred and U.S.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or similar certification.
• Knowledge of capital cost and services cost.
• Familiarity with scope change management and project controls tools.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing cost recording, reporting standards, programs and reports.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management.
• Determine scope definition and coordinate data for estimate plans.
• Develop quantity takeoffs and apply unit rates.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports; collect and classify cost data.
• Perform data analysis and support project managers and leaders.
