Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, LTD. is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs across the organization.

You will partner with operational leaders to identify learning needs, develop solutions, and evaluate impact on performance. The role supports onboarding, professional development, and workforce initiatives, with responsibilities including creating materials, facilitating sessions, and tracking training metrics using LMS and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree or cert preferred.
• 5+ years in corporate training or L&D; supply chain/logistics exp preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering effective training for adult learners.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate complex processes into practical learning experiences.
• Experience with LMS, training documentation, assessments, and measuring effectiveness.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with WMS, TMS, AI and logistics tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs aligned to organizational goals.
• Facilitate new-hire onboarding, ongoing training, and skills-based sessions.
• Partner with leaders to assess training needs and close skill gaps.
• Support workforce-development strategies and career development initiatives.
• Create training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and evaluations.
• Apply adult-learning principles to create engaging, practical learning experiences.
• Lead upskilling initiatives with digital tools and emerging technologies including WMS, TMS, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Coordinate refresher and compliance-related training.
