Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, HR, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in corporate training/learning & development.
• Experience owning learning programs from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Familiarity with AI tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives learning strategy and program development.
• Designs onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling programs.
• Facilitates in-person and virtual training across departments.
• Manages LMS content, scheduling, and reporting.
• Measures effectiveness via time-to-proficiency and outcomes.
