Job summary

Serv-U is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver high-quality content using multiple tools and formats, engaging learners across Regions and Stores. The role partners with Regional and District Managers to develop training programs, manage a library of materials, and deliver sessions online, in classrooms, or in flagship stores.

Requires effective communication, project management, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop course/reference content with Serv-U and external SMEs.
• Create training programs using multiple methodologies and materials.
• Maintain Serv-U University Library and keep materials up to date.
• Deliver training online, in classrooms, or in flagship stores; support hands-on learning.
• Coordinate training logistics and scheduling across Regions and Stores.
