CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales to lead and coach a team of Corporate Account Managers handling upsell, cross-sell and renewals for small to midsize business customers. You will manage the full sales cycle and collaborate across teams to optimize performance.

You will guide hiring, training, and strategy execution, while reporting to management and driving expansion opportunities. This role offers remote flexibility within the United States and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity with technical audiences.
• 1+ year of frontline sales management experience with quota responsibility.
• Experience working with channel sales, presales/post sales teams to drive execution.
• Hunting, coaching, and leading successful sales teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers.
• Coach reps on sales strategies, health checks, and upsell opportunities.
• Grow pipeline and increase close rates with cross-functional support.
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering on account strategies and plans.
• Partner with Channel Team to expand customer investments.
• Forecast and report updates to leadership.
• Become an insider in Cyber Security and CrowdStrike products.
• Drive expansions and renewals with customer engagements.
