Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Executives focused on acquiring new business in the mid-market. This role drives revenue growth, coaching, and building a high-performing team.

You will coach and manage a team of 6–8 CAEs, forecast revenue, and collaborate with internal partners to improve close rates. CrowdStrike emphasizes compensation, equity, and a strong wellness program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.
• Salesforce experience and forecasting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.
• Channel sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Executives.
• Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals.
• Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management.
• Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
• Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
• Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike's value.
