Service Experts LLC is seeking a Lead Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions, focusing on attracting qualified talent for professional and leadership roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and independently drive recruitment from intake to offer acceptance.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
6+ years of progressive full cycle recruiting experience across multiple corporate functions.
Experience managing complex searches for specialized, professional, management, and leadership roles.
Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and build qualified talent pipelines.
Strong business acumen with ability to translate hiring needs into strategies and decisions.
Experience with ATS, recruiting platforms, and sourcing technologies; ability to analyze recruiting data.

Independently manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions, including Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and more.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop prioritized recruitment strategies.
Develop proactive sourcing to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates, including passive talent.
Provide market insights and guidance on compensation expectations to hiring managers.
Lead offer discussions and negotiations with managers to align with compensation guidelines.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality candidate experience from intake to hire.
