Service Experts is seeking a Lead Corporate Recruiter in Richardson, Texas. This role leads full-cycle recruitment across corporate functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive corporate recruiting experience, business acumen, and the ability to deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

Formación

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with ATS, Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions, including Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing to identify passive candidates for specialized roles.
• Guide hiring managers on market conditions, compensation expectations, and best practices.
• Manage interview processes, offers, and negotiations with alignment to compensation guidelines.
• Maintain talent pipelines and data in ATS with strict compliance and reporting.
