Reserv is building AI-powered solutions to transform claims. We are seeking a senior recruiter focused on corporate functions to own outbound sourcing and candidate engagement for strategy, legal, finance, and other professional services roles.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, manage confidential searches, and move quickly from outreach to offer with high autonomy. Ideal candidates have a proven track record recruiting passive candidates and a background in professional services or executive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including professional services or corporate roles.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates through direct outreach.
• Strong market mapping and competitive intelligence with outbound-first sourcing.
• Consultative, client‑advisory mindset with executive-stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior candidates.
• High discretion on confidential searches with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple searches independently and meet tight timelines.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: experience in boutique/mid-market executive search or RPO.
• Preferred: familiarity with professional-services talent pool.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Own the sourcing strategy for corporate and operations roles from scratch - strategy, legal, finance, account management, People Operations, and similar functions.
• Candidate Engagement and Qualification: Run a compelling outreach and engagement process that converts passive interest into active conversations. Conduct initial screens to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers across corporate and operations functions. Provide market intelligence on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and timelines.
• Process and Pipeline Management: Own the ATS as the single source of truth for all active searches. Keep pipeline data clean and current, and produce reporting.
• Offer and Close: Drive offers from recommendation to acceptance. Manage compensation discussions and close candidates with conviction.
