Job summary

Reserv is seeking a seasoned recruiter to own end-to-end sourcing for corporate functions (strategy, legal, finance, account management, People Operations). You will lead outbound outreach to passive candidates, including ex-consultants, lawyers, and senior professionals, with high discretion and fast timelines.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate flow, and drive offers from start to close. This role is remote and national, offering autonomy and strategic impact at Reserv.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in professional services or corporate roles.
• Proven ability to recruit passive candidates via direct outreach.
• Strong market knowledge and outbound-first sourcing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy for corporate roles from scratch.
• Engage and qualify candidates through compelling outreach and screens.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide market intel on compensation and timelines.
• Manage ATS data and reporting to give leadership visibility into searches.
