Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full‑cycle recruiting for engineering and AI roles. You will own end‑to‑end searches for Senior Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and Machine Learning Engineers, partnering with Engineering leaders to map requirements, craft search plans, and deliver high‑quality hires in a fast‑paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of Software Engineering and other technical searches at mid‑to‑senior level.
• Experience recruiting AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, or similarly specialized roles strongly preferred.
• Advanced hands‑on technical sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, talent mapping, and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
• Ability to discuss technical profiles credibly with Engineering leaders, understand software development and AI/ML concepts, and translate requirements into an effective recruiting strategy.
• Strong consultative, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with a track record of managing multiple high‑priority technical searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle technical recruitment end to end for Engineering, AI, and related roles.
• Partner with Engineering hiring managers to translate requirements into candidate profiles, interview plans, and search strategies.
• Lead recruiter screens and assess technical experience, projects, problem‑solving, and career motivations.
• Manage complex searches, identify bottlenecks, calibrate with interview teams, and keep high‑priority openings moving.
• Provide data‑driven updates on progress, pipeline quality, and hiring timelines to stakeholders.
