Job summary

TCWGlobal in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Partner & Talent Operations professional to support recruiting operations and hiring initiatives as the organization grows.

This on-site role partners with another recruiter to share workload, focusing on General & Administrative hiring, scheduling, ATS management, reporting, and recruiting operations, with occasional AI/ML searches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage full lifecycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers.
• Strong interview coordination, calendar management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or similar setting with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder feedback, and offers.
• Recruiting Workload Management: Partner to divide requisitions and responsibilities across the team.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule complex interviews across time zones, send invites for Teams/Zoom.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain timely communication and professional follow-up throughout recruiting.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Align on requirements, profiles, and status with managers.
• Sourcing: Approximately 10% of time focused on sourcing, including G&A and occasional AI roles.
• ATS Administration: Maintain candidate records, requisitions, and interview stages; utilize reporting features.
• Recruiting Reports & Metrics: Generate and interpret ATS reports to track progress.
• Pipeline Management: Track progress and move candidates through stages efficiently.
• Process Improvement: Improve workflows, scheduling, ATS usage, and reporting.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure records meet privacy and equal opportunity standards.
