Job summary

This is a fully on-site position based in Irving, TX.

Walker Engineering is growing, and we’re looking to add a Senior Corporate Recruiter to our team in Irving, Texas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, finding talent, and making a real impact within a fast-moving organization.

The primary focus of this role will be sourcing and recruiting salaried and professional-level talent across operations, project management, safety, estimating, VDC/BIM, field leadership, and other key areas of the business. We’re looking for someone who enjoys digging in, identifying talent, building pipelines, and connecting with candidates beyond just inbound applications.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Partner directly with leadership and hiring managers
• Recruit for impactful and business-critical positions
• Use proactive sourcing strategies and creative recruiting approaches
• Help shape pipeline strategy and recruiting processes
• Support hiring efforts across one of the most active electrical contractors in Texas

This role will also support field recruiting and interviewing efforts as business needs require, giving exposure across multiple areas of the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Recruiting experience with strong sourcing ability

• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
