Cencora, Inc. is seeking a senior Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions attorney with the ability to deliver business‑oriented legal services for significant transactions across its global organization.

The role requires 7+ years of corporate/M&A experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional projects with Finance, Tax, Compliance, HR, IT and other teams. A J.D. and state bar admission are required. This is a full‑time role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience as a lawyer with expertise in one or more specialty legal practices.
• Law degree from an accredited law school and admitted to the state bar.
• Ability to provide business‑oriented, efficient legal services across significant transactions.

Aufgaben

• Provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice on significant domestic and international M&A transactions.
• Manage transactions from inception through closing and post‑closing integration, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and minority investments.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, LOIs/term sheets, definitive agreements, and ancillary documents.
• Lead and coordinate due diligence, identify legal risks and tailor protections accordingly.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, Tax, and other teams throughout deal lifecycle.
• Oversee outside counsel to control spend while owning the transaction.
