The role requires at least 4 years in catering or event management for corporate clients, strong menu planning and on-site leadership, and a proven ability to manage budgets and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience in catering or event management with a focus on corporate clients.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of menu planning, food service and event logistics.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute catering services for corporate events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
• Liaise with corporate clients to understand event objectives, dietary needs and requests.
• Develop customized menus and service packages tailored to corporate clients' needs and budgets.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Manage on-site event setup, service staff, and flow for a professional execution.
• Oversee inventory, ordering of supplies, and efficient resource use for events.
• Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards across operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and track expenses for assigned corporate events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to foster repeat business.
