Job summary

Lob is seeking a Corporate Counsel to lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex enterprise SaaS, partnerships, and vendor contracts. You will advise Product and Engineering through the full product lifecycle, navigating regulatory, IP, and contractual frameworks to support go-to-market launches.

You will also shape Lob's data privacy program, translate GDPR/CCPA requirements into practical practices, conduct impact assessments, and negotiate data processing agreements, while

Qualifications

Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements end-to-end.
Advise Product and Engineering through the product lifecycle.
Translate privacy concepts into actionable practices and lead DPIAs.
Build and govern compliance programs and vendor audits.
Develop scalable legal workflows and self-service templates.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end drafting, review and negotiation of enterprise SaaS and vendor contracts.
Advise Product and Engineering teams during development and launches.
Oversee data privacy strategy, DPIAs and data processing agreements.
Manage corporate compliance programs and targeted vendor audits.
Collaborate with GC on special projects and strategic initiatives.
