Lob, a company transforming direct mail through technology, is seeking a Corporate Counsel to serve as a trusted advisor to Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Partner Operations.

You will lead end-to-end drafting and negotiation of enterprise SaaS and vendor contracts, guide privacy and regulatory compliance, and build scalable legal processes to support growth, including equity programs using Carta.

Qualificações

• 5-7+ years of relevant legal experience, with a strong preference for in-house experience.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one state bar.
• Familiar with the range of legal risks and business issues in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of work autonomously and translate complex legal concepts.
• Hands-on experience advising People/HR on employment lifecycle matters and managing litigation with outside counsel.
• Experience counseling businesses where SaaS connects with physical products.
• Experience supporting supply chain, logistics, and shipping.
• Experience managing capitalization tables and equity programs using Carta.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements including enterprise SaaS and vendor contracts.
• Advise Product and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, addressing regulatory, IP, and contractual issues.
• Contribute to data privacy strategy, perform impact assessments, and negotiate data processing agreements.
• Oversee corporate compliance programs, internal policies, and targeted training.
• Develop scalable legal workflows, templates, and cross-functional playbooks.
• Partner with the General Counsel on special projects and broader strategic initiatives.
