Corporate Counsel will lead complex contract work, advise Product and Engineering on regulatory and IP matters, and drive privacy and compliance initiatives across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house.
• Advised on enterprise SaaS, partnerships, and vendor contracts.
• Experience translating privacy frameworks into actionable programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
• Advise Product and Engineering teams through product lifecycles, regulatory and IP considerations.
• Contribute to data privacy strategy and negotiations of data processing agreements.
• Oversee compliance programs, policies, training, and vendor audits.
• Engineer scalable legal workflows and self-service templates.
• Collaborate with General Counsel on special projects and strategic initiatives.
