Lob is transforming direct mail with technology, building a scalable legal function to support Revenue, Product, Engineering and Operations. The Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate complex enterprise agreements and advise across teams.

You will navigate GDPR/CCPA regulatory frameworks, oversee data processing agreements, and help scale compliance programs as Lob grows. Remote-friendly environment across multiple states with a strong emphasis on practical business advice.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of relevant legal experience, with in-house preferred.
• Experience advising on enterprise SaaS contracts and data privacy.
• Translation of complex legal concepts into business-friendly guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements including SaaS and partnerships.
• Advise Product, Engineering, and Operations through the product lifecycle under regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee data privacy program activities, DPIAs, and data processing agreements.
• Manage internal compliance programs and policy trainings.
• Develop scalable legal workflows and templates to accelerate execution.
• Collaborate with General Counsel on strategic initiatives and special projects.
