Job summary

ABB seeks an experienced senior legal professional to provide strategic guidance across project activities, including EPC contracts from tender through closure. You will collaborate with commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS and supply chain teams to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will operate in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment, contributing to integrity initiatives and partnering with global legal teams to advance ABB’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school and active bar admission.
• 10+ years PQE with exposure to international legal, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Expertise in contract law, negotiation, EPC/project contracts, IP, and digital law.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for project activities including EPC contracts from tender to closure.
• Advise internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Manage legal risk across competition, data privacy (GDPR), product liability, employment and investigations.
• Support integrity initiatives and participate in regional/global Legal & Integrity teams.
