Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission and 10+ PQE.
Experience with international commercial and regulatory matters is required.
Expertise in contract law, negotiations, and EPC/project contracts.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end legal support for project business activities, incl. EPC contracts.
Advise internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
Manage legal risk across competition, data privacy (GDPR), product liability, investigations.
Support integrity initiatives and collaborate with global Legal & Integrity teams.
