Qualifications

• Must have JD from a U.S. law school with active bar and 10+ years PQE.
• Experience in international legal, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Expertise in EPC/project contracts, distribution agreements, government contracting, IP, and digital law.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for project activities, including EPC contracts from tender to closure.
• Advise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Manage legal risk across competition, data privacy, product liability, employment, investigations, and litigation support.
• Contribute to integrity initiatives and participate in regional and global Legal & Integrity teams.
