ABB is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to provide strategic legal guidance and uphold integrity across the organization. You will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards while managing complex risks in collaboration with global teams.

The role emphasizes cross-country collaboration, EPC contract oversight, and strong negotiation capabilities within a remote-friendly framework. This position reports to the MONM Division General Counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission and 10+ years PQE.
• Experience with international legal, commercial and regulatory matters.
• Strong negotiation and contract law skills, including EPC/project contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for project business activities, including EPC contracts from tender through negotiation, execution, dispute resolution, and closure.
• Advise internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Manage legal risk across competition law, data privacy (GDPR), product liability, employment, investigations and litigation support.
• Support integrity initiatives and participate in regional and global Legal & Integrity teams.
