You will collaborate with commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS and supply chain teams to protect company interests and drive integrity initiatives. The role emphasizes EPC/project contracts, data privacy, IP and digital law, with international exposure and a mandate to influence stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from a US‑accredited law school with active bar admission and 10+ years PQE across international matters.
• Expertise in contract law and negotiation, EPC/project contracts, distribution gov contracting, IP and digital law.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative; experience influencing stakeholders in cross-country settings.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently while supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for project activities, including EPC contracts from tender through closure.
• Advise with internal stakeholders (commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, supply chain) to ensure compliance and protect interests.
• Manage legal risk across competition law, data privacy (GDPR), product liability, investigations and litigation support.
• Contribute to integrity initiatives and participate in regional/global Legal & Integrity teams.
