Job summary

ABB is seeking a senior legal professional to provide strategic advice and uphold integrity across the organization. You will oversee compliance with laws and regulations, manage legal risks, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on EPC project contracts, competition law, data privacy, and intellectual property in a global context.

The role reports to the MONM Division General Counsel and offers a remote work model for the US, with eligibility for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Proven ability to advise on complex legal matters across jurisdictions.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice and uphold integrity standards across ABB.
• Manage legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support EPC/project contracts from tender through negotiations and closure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, supply chain).
• Work with global legal teams and subject matter experts.
