Job summary

ABB Motion seeks a senior legal professional to provide strategic legal advice and uphold integrity standards across the organization. You will drive compliance with laws and regulations while managing diverse legal risks and collaborating with global teams.

You will support project business activities from tender to closure, including EPC contracts, and work with stakeholders across commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school with active bar admission and PQE.
• Expertise across contract law, EPC/project contracts, distribution agreements, government contracting, IP, and digital law.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for project business activities including EPC contracts.
• Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, supply chain).
• Manage legal risk across competition law, data privacy, product liability, employment, investigations, claims, litigation support with global teams.
• Contribute to integrity initiatives and participate in regional/global Legal & Integrity teams.
