Job summary

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated corporate business development professional to lead strategic initiatives, transactions, and partnerships for the cloud computing business. This AWS-focused CorpBD role sits in Amazon's central BCD organization and offers exposure to AWS executives.

You will negotiate complex agreements, influence stakeholders, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust of senior management and external executives.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively and innovate using sound business judgment and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to evaluate, negotiate, and manage complex and high-profile partnerships that create new capabilities or significantly advance strategies of our internal teams.
• Proactively seek out new partner opportunities, leveraging subject matter expertise and ability to develop conviction independently.
• Build internal relationships and act as a trusted advisor to AWS executives.
