Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or similar.
• 10+ years in commercial credit or commercial banking.
• 5+ years managing a large, complex client portfolio.
• Experience with corporate growth, private equity or investment banking is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, originate and develop relationships with large corporate clients.
• Lead structuring and execution of complex credit facilities.
• Serve as primary relationship lead to C-suite executives.
• Drive portfolio profitability through disciplined pricing and cross-sell.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk governance throughout the deal lifecycle.
